Step Two
When a complaint can’t be resolved quickly, or you aren’t happy with the initial resolution then they will pass your complaint on to the Customer Relations team.

Step Three
If you’re still unhappy following Step One or Step Two you can approach the Financial Ombudsman Service. They are an independent body who have been set up to resolve disputes between customers and financial companies, including insurers.
You have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge, but you must do so within six months of the date of the final decision letter.
